People are inspiring.  Simply take a look around you - they’re clever, inventive and incredibly artistic.  At Saige Nicoles we have surrounded ourselves with so many of these talented individuals through their designs and we get so excited when we are contacted by an artist/designer or just by chance run across fabulous boutique finds.  We like to consider ourselves mavericks on paths that twist and turn, with our eyes wide-open to see past the trendy and straight to the inspirational,  unique and even future classics.  So, if you are a designer, whether on-top of your game or starting  on your entreprenureal adventure and would like to show us your goods for consideration - we welcome you!  Please keep this in mind- we look for inspirational designs, quality detailing and fine artisanship and we will ask to see your goods and packaging for consideration.  You can contact us at info@saigenicoles.com.  Thank you for your consideration and our best to you on your journey.

I’ve so many thoughts and ideas for Saige Nicoles but what’s next.  Currently I’m working on a very special design for my “Passion for Pink” page in support of breast cancer awareness.  I want to do more and create something that is reflective of my complete respect for the women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and honors my Mom who past in Sept. 2006. I’m excited at where it’s headed and am focusing to unveil it next month.  As with all my ”Passion for Pink” pieces, a portion of proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation.  

It’s July and the weather is great here in the O.C.  Personally, we’ve been planting and re-doing our yard and just had our house painted; deep, rich suede green with white trim and black door and shutters.  It looks great…cute picket fence to boot!  But at Saige Nicoles were looking toward fall and are excited about so many of the fashions we’re seeing.  Rich textures and colors - great prints in dramatic colors and patterns reminiscent of eras from victorian to retro 70’s.  The jewelry is to die for! Metals in links of golds and bronzes are the must have pieces, layered in multi-strands  - remember the Chanel look?  We’ll be sure and bring you only the best boutique lines out there here  to our store so, be fashionable but make it your own - no cloning here, o.k.?!

Welcome to our blog! 
Blogging - little did I think even as recent as a few months ago that I would be blogging.  What a great concept though - there is always so much going on with saigenicoles.com that it made sense.  I know I don’t want to bog my subscribers and customers down with an endless array of e-mails so, this is the perfect forum!  Moving on, what is new in business and in life?

We have some fabulous new items: Livie and Luca shoes and “Smiley” necklaces and bangles.  Our Livie and Luca shoes are fine quality leather shoes for pre-walkers and toddlers.  They’re gorgeous,  well-made and of course whimsical to stir the imagination of our little ones.  We were introduced to the line by one of our friends and vendors.  Thanks Jolie of Skipping Hippos, designer extraordinaire of our fabulously fun and funky ponchos.  Our new “Smiley Collection” is a hoot! It is the brain child of our newest friend and designer Laurie Chapman.  Laurie has fused 70’s retro with the modern era with this line, taking the all familiar “smiley” icons used the world over and creating a clever collection that we already see turning into the newest pop-culture craze.  You’ll want one or maybe two for your new collection. : - )
